How do you practise writing without having a teacher to correct what you’ve written?

On Write & Improve, you can write about lots of different topics and the website will give you a mark and some feedback. You choose a level: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced or “Just for Fun”.
At first, it looks like there are only four topics at each level but if you create a profile – which you can do using your email or facebook – lots more tasks appear when you click “open”.
If you are studying for a qualification, there are also specific exam-style questions for First Certificate (FCE) and IELTS.
Of course, your work is not corrected by a human, so it has some limitations but it’s a very good way to get some writing practice.
